At Xyra, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund terms below.


Returns

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it
  • It should be returned in its original packaging
  • A proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

Items Not Eligible for Return

Some items cannot be returned or refunded, including:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Customized or made-to-order wooden products
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Products bought during clearance sales or special offers

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected. We’ll notify you whether your refund is approved or not.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 7–10 working days
  • The amount will be credited back to your original payment method

Replacements

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you can choose:

  • A replacement (subject to availability), or
  • A full refund

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error from our side (wrong or damaged product).


Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched.
Once shipped, cancellations will no longer be possible.
